By downloading or using Faith Tiles, the applicable account holder, parent, guardian, or other authorized user agrees to these Terms, subject to applicable law and platform terms. Faith Tiles is free to download, includes free content, and offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock more content. There is no subscription, no ads, and no account required to play. For downloads through Apple or Google, applicable store terms and license terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the applicable platform terms control to the extent required.
1. Ownership and Operator
Faith Tiles: Piano Game is owned and operated by Metro Websites. Metro Websites is responsible for the app and these Terms of Use.
2. Personal and Noncommercial Use
Faith Tiles is provided for your personal, noncommercial use. You may download and play the app for your own enjoyment and within your household. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or any of its content.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Faith Tiles — including the app, its name, logo, design, code, and user interface — belongs to Metro Websites or the respective rights holders. All rights are reserved. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Faith Tiles branding, names, or content except as needed to play the app for personal, noncommercial use.
4. Music and Content
Music, artwork, and other content included in Faith Tiles are subject to applicable rights and licenses. Metro Websites uses such content in accordance with those rights. You may not extract, copy, redistribute, or reuse music or other content from the app outside of normal personal gameplay.
5. Free Content and One-Time Purchase
Faith Tiles includes free content and offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock more content. There is no subscription. No recurring charges apply. The one-time purchase unlocks the additional content on a per-account or per-store basis as determined by Apple or Google.
6. Payments
Apple and Google process payments for any purchase. Metro Websites does not receive full card or bank details. RevenueCat is used to manage purchase entitlements and help restore eligible purchases. Apple and Google remain the payment processors. Purchasing opportunities use parental gates where required.
7. Restoration
Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restorable through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play account, subject to store rules and the Faith Tiles implementation.
8. Refunds
Refunds follow Apple and Google store rules. Metro Websites does not control store refund decisions. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google through your store account.
9. Changes to Features and Content
Features, songs, and other content in Faith Tiles may change over time. Metro Websites may add, update, or remove content and features. We may also update or discontinue aspects of the app. We are not obligated to provide any specific feature or item of content on a permanent basis.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
Faith Tiles is provided for personal enjoyment. Reasonable disclaimers and limitations of liability apply. To the extent permitted by law, Metro Websites provides the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
